Business terms and conditions
SkiPDS is a company registered in France as SARL SkiPDS. Mustang Chalet Châtel is a trading name. "We" "Us" refers to SkiPDS it's owners and staff.
The term client refers to the person responsible for the booking and signs the booking form. For group bookings this person is responsible for the whole booking and associated costs.
Your signature on the booking form confirms that you have read, understood and fully accepted these conditions.
A booking contract will exist between the client and SkiPDS when the client receives confirmation of receipt of deposit or full payment, from SkiPDS
Valid travel insurance (including winter sports insurance and cancellation/curtailment cover) must be in place for your whole party when you book your holiday.
Deposits of £100 pp are required at time of booking. This acts as a damage deposit for the whole group and will be returned after your holiday, less any reasonable deductions.
If booking is less than 8 weeks before start of holiday full payment is required plus £100pp damage deposit.
Final payment is required no later than 8 weeks before commencement of holiday. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation if payment is not received by due date.
By us. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, all monies will be refunded in full.
By the client. The client may cancel the booking at any time. We will retain the deposit and the following charges will apply.
Up to 8 weeks prior to commencement date - Deposit
4-8 weeks - 50%
2-4 weeks - 75%
Less than 2 weeks - 100%
Our Covid policy gives you a full refund if we or you need to cancel, due to UK or French government regulations or the resort is closed.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in time is 3pm on your arrival day. Check out time is 10am on your departure day.
Flights, transfers to resort, insurance, ski hire, lift passes, lessons and anything else not expressly included.
It is a condition of booking that all members of the party have suitable travel / medical insurance (including winter sports if participating).
We cannot accept liability for third parties even if booked through us, eg. flights, transfers, ski school, equipment, ski lifts.
The client will be held responsible for damage or injury caused by a member of their booking.
Damage costs must be paid by the client prior to departure if they exceed the damage deposit held.
We aim to provide a quality service, if however you are not satisfied with our services, we ask you to bring the problem to our attention as soon as possible.
This will allow us the best chance to rectify the problem for you. If you are still unhappy, please put the complaint in writing within 14 days and we shall investigate and reply to you within 14 days. Our liability will not exceed the cost of the holiday.
